Zontians around the world unite to take action, bring awareness to violence against women

From 25 November to 10 December, Zontians around the world worked together for awareness and advocacy for the Zonta Says NO to Violence Against Women campaign during the 16 Days of Activism. Highlights of the campaign can be found on the Zonta Says NO blog, which will be updated as more clubs submit stories

"The purpose of the Zonta Says NO to Violence Against Women campaign is to raise awareness of and increase actions to end violence against women and girls around the world," said President Sonja Hönig Schough in a blog post last week. Because of our clubs' impressive actions, I am delighted to say that we were successful in doing that this year."

We are proud to report that members in every continent Zonta has a club in participated in the campaign. So far, we have stories from more than 80 clubs in 25 countries, with 28 districts and our one region involved in activities to end violence against women.
