This manual serves as a guideline for Z and Golden Z Clubs and contains information and procedures for starting a new Z or Golden Z Club, as well as information about the Emma L. Conlon Service Award contest.

 

The Protocol Manual presents clear guidelines for Zontians who are responsible for the organization of Zonta activities at the club, district or international level. It is designed to enable the organization of events which exemplify courtesy, consideration and recognition of status.

 

 The Manual describes the processes by which the Zonta International Foundation Board operates, directs and evaluates its role and effectiveness; it promotes uniformity and continuity in decision-making so that the membership and staff of Zonta International have a sense of consistent management.
