Zonta Club of South Puget reforests local reserve

On 18 February, the Zonta Club of South Puget Sound, USA, and its friends spent the morning with the Nisqually Land Trust to plant trees along the Nisqually River in western Washington to replace the forest once stood there.

The reforestation activity will provide a better habitat for wildlife and improve the region's health and wellness of the river and ecosystem. The club was able to plant 175 trees.
