Hearts of Hope: A Valentine’s Day of service and solidarity

The Zonta Club of Cebu I, Philippines, turned Valentine’s Day into a celebration of compassion through its Hearts of Hope Valentine Outreach at the Regional Haven for Women. The club donated essential items totaling ₱15,000, providing practical assistance and encouragement to the women served by the facility.

A highlight of the activity was the message from Jing Climaco of the Casto Foundation, who spoke about the upcoming partnership with the club. The collaboration is expected to introduce sustainable programs centered on livelihood, personal development, and empowerment for the women under the Haven’s care.

More than a Valentine’s event, Hearts of Hope reflected Zonta’s enduring commitment to dignity, support and hope for women in the community.
