Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte conducts Loyalty Awards ceremony

The Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte, Philippines, conducted a loyalty awards ceremony. The club gave members who have served in good standing for five-years-intervals a Certificate of Recognition. About 14 members received were recognized this year.
