Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte conducts forum on teenage pregnancy and early marriage

The Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte conducted a No to Teenage Pregnancy and Early Marriage forum with the SK Federated of Laoag City. SK Federated is a youth council led by Hon Faye Lao. Faye was in attendance and listened to club members Dr. Geebee Mae Ranada and Dr. Elizabeth Gagni relay their expertise on the medical, legal and psychological issues of teenage pregnancy and early marriage.
