Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte creates happy moments by distributing tarpaulins

The Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte, Philippines, created happy moments together while distributing tarpaulins to 21 municipalities and the two cities in the province. The club celebrated the distribution with a quick detour to Eco Park in Nueva Era. 

The members enjoyed the fresh air and beautiful scenery with a few quick snaps.
