Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte donates recreational items

The Zonta Club of Ilocos Norte, Philippines, donated board games and other recreational indoor activity sets to the Occupation Therapy Section at Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital Center (MMHC) in Batac City. MMHC is the only public hospital in their area that provides treatments for patients of all ages who have physical, sensory or cognitive problems.

The club donated the recreational items so the patients may mentally exercise in a fun way. They also hope the board games and toys allow a venue for those struggling to communicate, have low concentration or even improve one's motor skills.
