Zonta Club of Wellington holds International Women's Day parliamentary breakfast event

In celebration of International Women's Day and Rose Day, the Zonta Club of Wellington, New Zealand, hosted breakfast at the Parliament of New Zealand with more than 320 in-person and 220 virtual guests.

Hosted by Jan Tinetti, the Minister for Women, the event included foreign and local dignitaries, politicians, business owners, teachers, students, and more.

Each guest received a hand-tied yellow rose to mark the celebratory day during Club President Rebecca Kay Bullen's speech about how International Women's Day ties into Zonta's mission and vision and the club's amazing work in their community. A diverse panel of speakers was also invited to share their inspiring stories.
