Zonta clubs of Engiadina and Chur crowdfund for local women shelter

In honor of the Graubünden women's shelter's 33rd anniversary, the Zonta clubs of Engiadina and Chur, Germany, held a crowdfunding campaign.

From 2 May to 30 June, the clubs raised funds for the shelter and a place of safety for more women, young women, and their children affected by domestic violence. Those affected are given a chance to make a new start in a non-violent and safe everyday life. Without private donors, this place of protection is at risk.

The clubs also created videos in multiple languages to show the shelter's impact in stopping violence against women and children.
